Movement for Public Speech is a long-term project that temporarily occupies a public space in an urban environment and encourages participants to communicate and take joint action. The essential constitutive element of this interactive kinetic temporary public sculpture is movement, which in a completely ecological way, by physically driving the wheels, produces electricity and enables the microphone on the podium to function. Energy producers and speakers, and last but not least, also listeners, are in constant interaction, because without each other they are not heard or listened to.

The exhibition is thus a kind of occasion for presenting the book of recording and evaluation of the artistic project, which had its premiere presentation in Maribor, and the last one in Ljubljana, as part of a series of events before the opening of the Sugar Factory - CUKRARNA.

The exhibition Polonca Lovšin Movement for Public Speech in Gallery 001 in 2020 was presenting all seven stages of the projects. A book with the same title was published by Museum and galleries of Ljubljana which presents all implementations of the project are presented in chronological order, with introductory texts by Urška Jurman and Helen Stratford, with photographic material, contributions in the form of lists of program points and participants, as well as songs and the content of the performers' recitals
